About the program
Our consultation goes beyond weight loss. It’s natural for anyone wanting to lose weight as quickly as possible. But, scientifically speaking, people who lose weight gradually and steadily have more success maintaining it. Healthy weight loss isn’t just about a “diet” or “program”. It’s about an ongoing lifestyle that includes long-term changes in daily eating and exercise habits. Our meal plans are designed in such a way that keeps you energetic through out the day. You start feeling lighter than before and most effectively you lose fat and not muscle.
We work globally
As world has come closer through internet, its easier for us to consult globally. Appointment’s or Consultation can happen through Skype / Phone / WhatsApp, as per your convenience.
1, 3, 6, 12 months
There will be 3 stage consultation process:
a) Pre consultation (Assessment) stage:
1) Understand your current eating pattern, work schedule, physical activity.
2) Review health issues, latest health reports if any.
b) Consultation stage:
1) If you are residing at Mumbai, we will be meeting personally and if not then the consultation will be on phone / Skype / WhatsApp.
2) Body composition analysis.
3) The cycle of change in the meal plan will be of 10 days. We will be in touch with each other by end of the week or before for any kind of queries related to the plan.
4) There will be special meal planning consultation for special occasions like wedding, festivals, fasting, travel.
c) Post consultation or Maintenance stage:
The biggest challenge after losing that pounds is to maintain it. Our maintenance plan will help you in that!!
