  • There will be 3 diet plans in a month. Every plan will have to be followed for 10 days.

  • Likewise for 3, 6 and 12 months there will be 9, 18 and 36 plans respectively.

  • Staple food, varying timings and availability of food stuffs are considered in the diet program.

  • Weight loss target mainly depends on a few factors like health issues, ongoing medicines, gender and current lifestyle.

  • Diet plans can be shared physically or electronically via email or WhatsApp.
