recipe can be had during any time of the day. Easy to make, low on calories and most importantly very delicious
Beaten rice (thin version) : 1 cup
Grated coconut: 1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion, tomato and cucumber: 1 cup (one can increase the vegetable quantity)
Oil: 1 tbsp
Condiments: salt, little sugar, cut green chilli, coriander, little red chilli powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, lemon juice or raw mango (seasonal)
firstly; mix beaten rice, grated coconut and above mentioned cut vegetables together. Add cut green chillies, coriander, salt, sugar, a dash of lemon juice or finely chopped raw mango. Heat oil in a small frying pan, add rest other micro ingredients for tadka.
