Ingredients used in this recipe are easily available, fibre rich and nutrient dense!!


Apple being good source of fibre with certain essential vitamins, great source of antioxidants and good for diabetic people. Milk, good source of calcium and proteins and Raisins are loaded with fiber, potassium, iron and polyphenols, antioxidants, flavonoids and nutrients that can benefit overall health.

Ingredients

1 cup (chilled grated apple + cubes for dressing) (unpeeled).
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 cups low fat milk or coconut / almond milk (for lactose intolerant)
1 tbsp raisins (kismis)

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy. Put some apple cubes on top of the milkshake.
