Happy Diwali guys !! On this occasion, try this calcium loaded easy to make delicacy at home.

Ingredients

1 cup Nachni flour (ragi / finger millets)

3 tblspoons ghee (clarified butter)

1/2 cup raw gond (dink)

1/2 cup grated dry coconut

3/4th cup powdered jaggery

Cardamom and nutmeg powder (as per your taste) and saffron

2 tablespoon of coarsely powdered nuts (almonds and cashews)

Preparation

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a non-stick pan. Fry gond (dink) till it is cooked inside out. Keep it aside. Now roast ragi flour in the remaining ghee till it turns dark brown. Roast dry coconut till it becomes golden yellow. Make a powder of roasted dry coconut in a mixie. you can crush fried gond with hands. Now mix all the above ingredients together along with the powdered jaggery. Make a fine mixture. Roll the laddoos of equal size and shape.
